Lockdown 2.0 - CLOSED until further notice as of 5th November 2020

Having had some clarification from my professional body, there is both good news and bad.

This time around, there are parameters that allow Soft Tissue Therapists to continue treatments during the national lockdown starting tomorrow. Which is FANTASTIC news. As well as aiding your rehabilitation and recovery, it will help (albeit only a little) reduce the strain on the NHS at this time.

Unfortunately, due to my particular circumstances working from home, I am unable to proceed with treatments from tomorrow until the lockdown is lifted. Though this is disappointing, it is necessary.

Please do still get in touch if you need to, I am and have always been happy to help with advice. You can use the Contact page.

Stay safe people, bye for now 👍🏻

Please see the COVID-19 page for information on changes in place for future treatments. This will be updated as government advices changes over the next weeks and months...

As a Soft Tissue Practitioner I have experience treating clients from all backgrounds, including rehabilitating sporting injuries, identifying and addressing common postural dysfunction as well as general remedial injuries, both chronic and acute.

I am a fully qualified and insured Sports Massage and Soft Tissue Therapist offering traditional Deep Tissue Massage for the prevention, rehabilitation and treatment of muscular injuries.

I have an 'at home' treatment room, and am also available to travel to you. Please see the contact page for more information on mobile treatments.

Deep Tissue Massage reaches into the different layers of the muscles, tendons and ligament fibres and with assisted stretching can improve flexibility.
It can also help to improve muscle tone, remodel scar tissue, remove metabolic waste, improve circulation and lymphatic flow, calm or stimulate nerve endings, relieve chronic tension and alleviate pain.
Deep Tissue Massage is not only for people who take part in sports, it is also ideal for body maintenance, postural correction, and rehabilitation back to optimum levels of functional and occupational fitness, regardless of age or ability.

Everyone can benefit!
